There is time and space for everything I want to do today.
It seems as if stress is becoming more and more troublesome for people these days. I admit it, I stress unnecessarily sometimes, too. It simply depends on the situation, if stress is good or bad for me. It obviously doesn’t help if it’s an already stressful situation that you are stressing out about.
So for this reason, thinking that we all seem to need to wind down a bit, I chose the above statement as this week’s affirmation – because there really is time and space for everything that you want to do in a day. You have 24 hours. You just need to believe that that’s enough, and it definitely will be.
Don’t stress or freak out. Deep breaths. Easy now. It’s just life.
So enjoy your weekend instead!
