What’s in your mind will come to you in life. I cannot stress this enough when it comes to changing your life around for the better. Because that’s exactly right – it’s the (sometimes hard) truth.
What’s going on in your life is exactly what’s going on in your mind – your life is basically a mirror of your mind. And that’s why the thought watch is so important, and why I work so intently with it. It’s the most important part when it comes to getting what you want out of life, and one of the most important steps to finding true happiness.
So be aware of your state of mind. What is it like in there at the moment (and always)? Is it peaceful and affirming? If not, remember that you can always fake it till you make it!
